What You'll Do
- Run camera inspections and document what you find before recommending repair.
- Clear blockages and run jetting and snaking equipment on residential lines.
- Quote sewer repair and replacement from documented footage and findings.
- Coordinate with service plumbers on flipped opportunities.
- Keep every job documented, warrantied, and defensible.
What You Need
- 2+ years hands-on plumbing experience with a sewer and drain focus.
- Valid Texas plumbing license or current apprentice registration.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Comfortable with residential service work.
What You'll Earn
High-ticket commission work — 10% on closed tickets and installs, with 7% when you close a flipped job and 3% when you flip one to a teammate.
